"Good afternoon, I go to that hotel twice a year. Today, since I arrived, I asked for a room with a garden view, and they gave me one overlooking the parking lot, but they quickly changed it. Then, during the night, I heard a very strange noise coming from one of the doors, as if the hinges were creaking loudly, but they fixed it. The worst thing is that they didn't have internet. Afterwards, I went to do my laundry, and the people who started doing laundry left the dryers full of their clothes. By the time the cycle had finished, we had to wait 45 minutes for them to come and take them out. Honestly, I was disappointed"

"Royal Lahaina is our place to go even though we now it needs some up grades. But this last trip experience was different from last time even it was only 6 weeks apart. It got more expensive and they didn’t clean the room for the entire week. The costumer service at the breakfast was really bad. We will think twice before we come back to the hotel in our next travel to Maui. Feeling very sorry because it is located in a beautiful and peaceful beach. "
