"The amount of care, thoughtfulness and cleanliness Richard has put into the Charleston Inn is exceptional. The whole inn smelled amazing, clean, and spacious. The added bonus is the kitchenette, laundry room, enjoyed our time sitting on the private bedroom porch hearing the birds chirping and enjoying the beautiful weather. "Amazing views of the bay. Lots of beach equipment for your use. Communication with the owner was fast and effective. Plenty of room for our 3 grown kids with their families. We loved walking the dogs on the beach in the morning. We even had a fire on the beach one night. Highly recommend this place!"

"My husband and I had an amazing stay at Dawn’s Cottage! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Gina was super responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach — and our pups had the best time running and playing in the sand. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely stay here again!"

"We highly enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven. It is the loveliest home we have spent time in at Broadkill Beach or the surrounding area so far. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hosts thought of everything we may have needed.The walk to the bay/beach was very short so we could spend lots of time out in the sun, enjoying the bay. The outdoor shower was very helpful for keeping the sand out. I hope to spend more time next summer!"
