"Great clean place, really terrible neighborhood"

"We stayed here for a mini staycation and appreciated that it was walking distance to the beach, hiking trails, and even the marine reserve. The place is quaint and cozy, and has a fully stocked kitchen and pantry (pots/pans, oil, seasonings, etc). We also appreciated all the streaming options that didn't require us to log into our own accounts. The only hiccup we experienced were the ~5 flies flying around the house when we checked in. It was off putting, but someone came over with Raid after...

"My 2 adult children and I stayed in the property and it worked out great! There were a couple of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby and a MUNI bus stop. It is close to the beach and zoo but pretty far from downtown and many attractions they were interested. Still we enjoyed the hot tub and the owner was great to work with."

"Overall we had a great experience. The place is close to public transportation, wich was great because we didn't have a car. It was extremely clean and exactly as was described. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we need. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends."

The house was clean and bright. Check in/check out was easy and seamless. Highly recommend if you have a large group and don't want to reserve 4 separate hotel rooms."

"A perfect place for a weekend getaway with hubby and my Japanese Chins. The only suggestion is to reduce the bottom gate space between the Verbo yard and the neighbors yard. My dogs are small and could have easily slipped underneath to neighbors yard. I had to place table benches on there side against gate to cover.space."

We also enjoyed venturing out and returning in the evening to wind down and listen to the ocean. We highly recommend the bungalow and hope to return in the near future!"

"First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet. But we managed to make it work, once we figured out how to get the hot water. I finally broke down on the second day and messaged the host, and he responded very...

"This home is located near a pier in which you can fish and just wait to see ocean life. Unfortunately, it is pretty cold so it is hard to enjoy the beach arear but you can enjoy a walk as the waves hit the shores...it is very peaceful. We saw many pelicans and sea gulls capturing amazing photos and sea lions and dolphins. The sound of the waves at night also felt so peaceful. The fog was beautiful too, as the day went it would clear up to show off the beautiful endless view of the ocean."
