"Checking in was confusing in that you had to go to the lockbox at the apartment to get the clicker to enter the parking area. The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. The dryer stopped working because the water reservoir was full. Management explained the solution after we contacted them, but this should be in the instructions. The location is quite good and...

"Overall it's a small apartment with all the necessities to be comfortable during the week. If I had to warn about something, it'd be the lack of an elevator (old buildings in Annecy don't usually have them and this was on the first floor, but if you have any mobility issues you should talk to the owner). It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's definitely a comfy space to sleep and eat while you spend the day around town!"

"The studio was completely remodeled in a very charming way, and decorated nicely. Appreciated having all the things one requires when prepping a simple meal if on the go or headed out to explore. The bed was comfortable. There is a ladder to reach the bed in a loft, and 3 flights of stairs to reach the suite, for anyone with mobility issues this should be considered. Loved my stay, and look forward to next time!. "

"Location is everything and this place has it. Right in the heart of Annecy. It does have a few drawbacks however. It is on top floor of building so you have to deal with sloping roof on both sides of the apartment. If you are under 5’2” this is probably not a big deal. I’m 6’ and bumped my head numerous times. We were also fortunate the temperature never got above 75 degrees as there was only a portable AC unit that could not have cooled the upstairs bedrooms if it had been hotter. We also had...
