"First time in India, Stolen Heaven was our first stay after arriving at Mumbay Airport. We certainly can recommend Stolen Heaven for other visitors and we would be happy to return at this location at our next visit. Our apartment was spacious and clean, the beds were good and the hot shower was good. Stolen Heaven felt like a safe and comfortable oasis. The restaurant was good and we liked the swimming pool. "We stayed in Vivanta to attend a local wedding. Cannot fault the hotel and the staff. They were extremely hospitable, catered to all our needs at odd hours, were of great help when my son got sick in the middle of the night, gave me late check out on request. Chaitanya was very helpful, thanks."

"Hotel rooms are much smaller compared to their regular hotels considering its a "express" hotel. Is good for 1 person to max 2 people. Overall Check in time was too much and it was frustrating. Apparently the check in process is very slow. The check in time was 3pm still the room wasn't ready so even after completing the check in formalities at front desk/ check in counter, still had to wait for 20-25 mins before I could go to the room as it was getting ready.
