"Everything was great! Perfect location and staff was very helpful. Only thing is I thought it was a little bit over priced after being there and looking around a bit. Overall I would recommend the villa and the company that represents the villa."

"We stayed at Jon and Carol's property for a week in early April and could not have had a better stay. We were a multi-generational family of 6 and their villa was absolutely wonderful for us. Jon was super helpful with the planning and had numerous suggestions for places to eat off the resort. The resort was great-we opted for all inclusive this time, but the kitchen in the villa was fully equipped and we would probably consider doing more cooking on our next visit. We will certainly try to stay...

"Absolutely loved the house. Very spacious and worked well with our 12 person family. Spiral staircase was neat but be mindful if mobility impaired or have small children (there is a safety gate). Pools very relaxing and not crowded at all. Property beautifully maintained. Cleaning staff wonderful. Property manager easily reached and provided us with whatever we needed in very timely manner. "This was a great first stay in Sayulita. The house is modern and clean (for Mexico standards), Luis the caretaker, is nice and helpful but not intrusive. We had excellent response and communication from Olivia. We were a group of 3 x 50-something year olds. One couple and a friend. "We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and rented a golf cart from Ray and Michele as well. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. "Es una buena opción todo incluido excepto por que el menu de desayuno y comida esta con el sazón para los extranjeros o turismo internacional como por ejemplo: no ofrecen menudo, pozole, birria, sopes, enchiladas etc... mas mexicano, con mas variedad y sabor las cenas por cita en el restaurante italiano piccolo y de espadas brasileñas o rodizio están de primera o excelentes que se deben de reservar en el modelo o edificio 4 a las 8:00 horas muy puntuales con todos los huéspedes formados se puede reservar por la aplicación de las 8:00 a las 17 :00 horas pero falla mucho o no entra lo mas seguro es llegar como a las 7:30 horas el tema de las bebidas alcohólicas es lo mismo son enfocadas o son para el turismo extranjero son de mala calidad o botellas genéricas o de marcas no comerciales o conocidas no tienen vampiros, mezcal, sotol, tequilla en caballito o derecho , aguardiente etc.... mas mexicanos pura cocteleria para gringos o canadienses. lo mas recomendable es el modulo o edificio1, 3 y 4 por su cercania a la playa ( el modulo 1 no tiene elevadores ) es un complejo grande con 6 modulo tiene sus albercas para adultos, ninos y toda la famillia, restaurantes compatidos, teatro, disco, bares que aunque el hotel o complejo este al 100 % no se perciben aglomeraciones o filas por que las areas comunes son amplias o sificientes el complejo esta ubicado entre bucerias y el complejo flamingos de nuevo vallarta existe un sendero o camino para caminar, correr y bici renta de 1era"

"Las recepcionistas en especial (Carol ) es demasiado despota , grosera y nada profesional , prepotente y te quiere hacer pagar extra por lo mínimo , tuve un mal rato al hacer el check in con ella ! Aparte parece que le estás pidiendo gratis que te atienda ! La mayoría de los trabajadores siempre están de mal humor , como que están obligados a atenderte necesitan cambiar el tipo de atención que tienen , ya que nos vamos con un mal sabor de boca debido a esto ! Servicio - personal 2-10 "
