"This was a very nice place to stay and we would absolutely stay here again...We came for a golf tourney in Duluthml. There were 3 of us 60 male adults. Kitchen was a little tight when we were all in there but we managed...our only issue was trying to managed the smart tv...I think that was more about our limited technology skills though...The communication with host was top notch...easy to follow instructions for check-in/checkout...place was neat and clean...perfect for what we needed...we...

"They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. "This property was great for our club officer team training. There was plenty of bedrooms and other spaces to sleep to separate boys and girls as well as multiple spaces for group work. We were all able to comfortably work as one large group in the kitchen/dining area as well as had other spaces to break into smaller groups. All spaces had everything we needed and more. "Absolutely amazing property. Easy check-in. Incredibly clean and organized. It really has everything you need. Kitchen was very well stocked and had all the supplies we needed. The game room was so much fun, both the adults and kids(12, 15, 16) loved it. The yard and patio were very nice and comfortable. It did take us a little while to figure out where the patio seat cushions were, but we figured it out. Overall a great property and would stay again if ever in the area again."
