"Very clean home and nicely decorated. Fully stocked kitchen (pot/pans, spices, condiments including butter). Fully stocked bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, kitten, cotton swabs, cotton balls, hair dryer. The bed was so comfortable….the best nights of sleep I gotten in sucked a long time. All we had to do was bring our clothes and some food and we were set!! I could tell the host was very conscientious and proud to share her home. Loved it there and would stay again. "The property is very clean, looks like it was just renovated. They have everything you need in terms of comfort. Towels are provided, coffee maker. Kitchen is very nice and you can appreciate the decorations and amenities. One downside is that is on the lower level of an aprtment complex, and you can hear every single step from people above you. When we stayed there, a family with kids was also staying on the second floor right above us and the kid was running around until like 2 a.m. which...

"Overall, my stay was great. There was a bit of trouble (for me) in finding the place, and some difficulties with getting in, but otherwise everything was perfect. Everything was well-decorated and working, and there was a great place to park. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're looking to stay close to Chico State (15 minute walk, 5 minute drive). I would absolutely stay again!"
