"Location was perfect for our needs and we loved the outside areas especially the fire pit. However you do need to bring your own firewood for the pit. I only gave the home 4 stars in cleanliness as there was some dust in corners and cobwebs but Lucas did take note of the issues and forwarded it into his cleaning crew to get handled. "

"It was a cute little house. Only one night stay. Nice of porch and light inside on for arrival. Plenty of towels for 3 guest to use. Nice size rooms with tv. However, with using them very limited shows to watch without having to sign into your own things, so for one night wanst worth that all. The beds were great for the queen and the full. The twin prob would be better for a kid, the mattress was a little thin and not comfortable for an adult that was there. Nice that coffee and supplies there....

"This property was close to downtown. It is just as described and was great for a weekend stay with 3 teens and my husband and myself. The master bed was comfortable and the “kids” said their rooms and bathroom were good. Was a lot easier than multiple hotel rooms! Nicholas was very easy to deal with and replied promptly when I had a question. I would stay here again and probably will since daughter attending Butler. "

"The house was just as expected from the pictures. We enjoyed the setup and having so many bedroom options. The nice private backyard with seating was a lovely spot also. It was easy to settle in and enjoy our friend weekend."
