"Covered porch was nice for time outside. Inside was in need of work. Closets unfinished, no place to put any luggage, advertises a king bed and a queen bed, but only had a king and a full, no tp, or tissue products when we arrived. None of the above were deal breakers but just allot of small things that add up to frustration."

"First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower...

"Our experience was so wonderful I almost don't want to review the property so we can keep it our little secret! The property is amazing. The listing is a little hard to figure out in terms of layout so I'll start there. The entrance has parking for at least 10 cars. The first villa is a 2 bed 1 bath and is the main house. "Absolutely beautiful home with amazing sunrises over the water. We spent a lot of time lounging next to the pool and watching the boats travel the channel. The home has everything you can want. Our two small dogs loved the fenced property, and of course their daily walks thru the neighborhood. Susie & Roly are fantastic, very service oriented and responsive. We couldn’t be more pleased and already look forward to next year!"

"From the landscape to the bathroom are pristine and well kept. The home was very organized with all the tools needed for a getaway. The property manager was very responsive via the Vrbo app. The hot tub was a hit! The location is also very prime! Few hours to Key West, few mins drive from a small town area, with a Walmart, Publix, Walgreen, Gas stations, you name it! I definitely see my self rebooking this property."

"The condo was bright, quiet and walkable to restaurants with good food and live entertainment. Furnishings and art work were very tasteful. Appliances were modern and updated and The washer/dryer made laundry convenient. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. We had everything we needed for our month long stay."
