"This property was exactly as listed. There was plenty of space, welcome brews (both beer and coffee), and a fully functioning AC unit (it was very hot outside!). I would definitely stay again which is the highest compliment I can give. If you want a relaxing and off the beaten path location - this is it!"

"Sadly, our second week at this house was cut short by Hurricane Beryl, but our first week here was amazing. The house has absolutely everything you need for the beach. The pool was beautiful and we had coffee on the beach every morning. We love the slower pace of Rum Point and this house was so peaceful and beautiful. Karen was wonderful and very quick to respond."

"This is a super cute little group of homes with a pool on the water. Here are the things you won't know from the advertisement although you're on the water you can't swim it's covered in rocks and coral. Bring aquasocks if you plan on trying to go out on the water. The furniture in unit two in the living room needs to be replaced you sit on the couch or love seat and you sink in. Beds and pillow are very good. Ac is good. Dishwasher needs updating. "The property was a great “base of operations” to explore the island. We were amazed at how stocked the unit was with many little things like cooking spray and spices that we didn’t need to buy. Probably the best thing was the beach chairs in the garage that we used on a variety of beaches. Communication with the host was always super fast and helpful."
