"Habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones y al llegar solo les quedaban dos, me pareció un gesto muy feo y tuvimos que repartirnos entre las otras dos. Al día siguiente el manager fue amable y nos dio 3 suites y unas bebidas de cortesía por las molestias y no nos cobraron la habitación que compartimos. Gracias a eso la puntuación no es menor pero el inconveniente le sufrimos y lo peor de todo no fue que ganarán dinero vendiendo una habitacion reservada sino que si no hubiéramos ido nos la hubieran...

"Really lovely hotel. My partner and I decided to come to Nottingham for a spontaneous night away and booked this hotel because it was walking distance from a lot of restaurants and the city centre. As expected, the hotel doesn’t have parking but it’s only round the corner from the lace market car park which is fine. The only thing that let it down was that the room was really hot even when turning the heating all the way down to cool and you couldn’t open the windows. But otherwise, lovely hotel...

"Hart’s Hotel in Nottingham is a comfortable, clean, welcoming hotel in the centre of Nottingham. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman on night duty, I think his name is Simon. Parking is available at the back of the hotel, by arrangement with the desk staff. The hotel’s views over Nottingham are amazing and the ground floor rooms have direct access to the garden. It is a wonderful hotel."
