"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"Estaba muy sucio. Manchas en las sabanas, pelos en las camas y refrigeradora. Manchas de comida en las paredes. Docenas de colillas de cigarrillos y pedazos de comida en los balcones. Personal muy poco amable. Estaba tan mal que no me pude quedar aunq no quisieron devolverme el dinero de la primera noche, tuve que irme y pagar otro hotel."

Selbst beim Aufstehen wurden wir schon von diesem Panorama begrüßt. Das Chalet ist bestens für eine Familie ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Reservamos una habitación en este alojamiento. Al llegar, apareció una persona que nos llevó a 200 metros de la ubicación real, y nos metieron en un edificio chino de mala muerte. Muy sucio, con arañas, y muy mal olor. Una gran decepción el trato recibido"

Apartment was very spacious, clean, had some thoughtful touches and had all the things you need. It looks better when you are there. Host was attentive, friendly and very helpful. "We stayed at Chalet Sulegg in January 2025 for a skiing holiday. As a family of five adults the apartment was more than big enough for all of us. The apartment was clean and adequately stocked. The directions to the chalet good be improved by using what3words as it is not completely clear when you haven’t been to Wengen before.
