"25 family members met up here for my mum's 85th birthday and had a wonderful time. Chateau de Sau is an amazing place. It is huge: there were whole rooms that we hardly used. The four kitchens made it easy to cater. The pool and its kitchen were great. Thuir is a nice little town with a couple of good places to eat.The owners, Isabelle and Jean Loup were very helpful."

"We are a group of cyclists and appreciated very much the desolation and the authenticity of the environment, and also the castle with the superb vue on the Millau bridge and the Causses. We also liked the size of the castle with plenty of stylish old rooms, and we were lucky that the weather was very good, so we had breakfast and dinner on the swimming pool with a fantastic vue! And it's a splendid region for cycling, certainly for heavy trips!"

"We had a wonderful week with friends to celebrate a birthday at the Chateau in Saint-Siffret, enjoying the beautiful views, surrounding towns, relaxing by the pool and enjoying many delicious meals together prepared by a local chef that was recommended by the host. "We are a family of 22 and stayed there for a week in August of 2024. The castle is amazingly beautiful, spotless clean, well-appointed, nicely furnished and decorated, and equipped with all modern conveniences. The beds and bedding are excellent - hotel quality. The grounds are truly stunning, eye candy from every angle. We ate all our meals outside in the shade under the majestic Cedar tree. Breathtaking landscape... The photos do not adequately convey the charm and beauty of this place....
