"Comfortable, well-furnished home set well back from the road and safe for dogs to roam (with supervision.) The house is less than 5 minutes drive from Mabou business district, with supermarket, gas station and the Red Shoe Pub. Mabou Mines and West Mabou beaches are minutes away. A prolific wild raspberry patch is adjacent to the house (we were there in late July, the perfect season.)"

"Very nice cabin in secluded location in the woods, with a lake access. The cabin is in new condition, has very well equipped kitchen and is nicely decorated. Kayaks were available to use by the guests. The property manager was easy and fast to reach when we had some questions. Overall a very good experience."

Little playground for the kids was a nice touch, especially when the parents were trying to pack up. We did notice that the fridge didn't seem to be cleaned from the last guest. "This is a lovely cabin with great views over Bras D'Or lake. Very clean and comfortable. Two nice bedrooms with a loft - has low ceiling but very cosy. Steep gravel road up to cabin but easy with any SUV. The host is easy to communicate with and helpful. Very private location. "

"Two sets of family stayed at this property and it was more than enough room. The house was very clean and tidy and a comfortable space. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials and all bathrooms had plenty of soap, paper towel and toilet paper. The host was super friendly and helpful. "This cottage is very cute and authentic and totally private. It is secluded and has such a beautiful viewsIt is up a relatively steep hill, but very accessible by car. The interior is low tech, but that’s not what we were looking for.It is still cozy and practical.The kitchen is fully furnished. The washer dryer are perfect, as well as the bbq (brand new and super clean).Ursula was a very friendly host and we are grateful for this experience!"
