"Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!"

"The property location was perfect for us and the outdoor communal areas worked well for our toddler to safely play. The apartment was mostly clean, with a few questionable splatters of who-knows-what found on the bathroom door and refrigerator. Considering we had a full week stay, it would have been convenient to have more cleaning supplies than a single roll of paper towels and a broom. (A vacuum would be especially helpful). It is unclear if the upstairs neighbors are permanent residents, but...

"Sweet and charming place to stay, very Marin in all the right ways. If you don’t mind a bit of uphill walking coming back up, it’s a very nice stroll to the shops and restaurants. The view across the valley to the opposite hillside is stunning, especially when the fog is blowing through. Host is very nice. Would love to stay here again sometime "
