"At first glance, the house is super cute. The patio and the views are stunning. I could (and did) sit on the patio for hours a day. "The stay at the villa was wonderful, a very short walk from the sea, private parking, from the balcony you can see a lot of green views and treetops. The personal pool was perfect and the hospitality of the owner was great. The house itself is very beautifully decorated and located in a very quiet area. "Spotlessly clean villa perfectly located for our family of 7. Everything was as advertised. Communication was excellent, as was the entire experience. Highly recommend!"

"House is beautiful and the location is wonderful. Security issues with a few items stolen despite overnight security guard. One serious safety issue when a young child’s arm was sucked into an intake pipe in the pool that was missing the safety cap. No follow up from the property owner thus far."

"The place was just fantastic, it had everything yet a minimalistic feel to it. The trek up the hill is a bit high but you get used to it. "This house is amazing! You pull off the busy dirt road & when you walk into the house you feel like you're in a sanctuary. The view is amazing. We saw the most beautiful sunsets. It’s hard to leave the back porch, plan down time to enjoy being at the house. We had fresh delicious mangos right from the trees every day. "Our family of four stayed between Christmas and New Years. The house was perfect - great views and great location. Right in the middle of Santa Teresa. The host was incredible. So helpful before and during the trip with reservations, cars, etc. We used LocalBird for fishing, snorkeling, etc. We missed our flight from San Jose to Cobano and there were no other flights. The host quickly helped us come up with Plan B including a driver. Saved tge day!!!"
