"Val was an amazing host! She introduced herself at check in and made the process super easy. The house was spotless and had everything we could need. Very comfortable bed and hot shower. Close proximity to the bus stop. Fast WiFi. Val gave great food recommendations as well! Would 100% stay again!"

"The parlour suite was perfect for the two of us we really enjoyed our time here and will be back. The hosts daughter is very nice to chat with and the other guests were all very nice. The bed is very comfy and the patio was nice to sit and enjoy a bevy after a long day of checking out Victoria. "

The owner had such personal touches, from fresh eggs for ourfirst breakfast to a gift from the area and delicious treats awaiting us. Super place to stay."

"The property was great! Such a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to food, and many activities close by. It was easy to travel all around the area from Malahat to Sidney all within 30-45 min depending on the traffic. And traveling into Victoria was a breeze. Thank you so much for an amazing stay."

"Although you will have to go downstairs to the suite, once inside the unit is clean and modern. Very comfortable Queen bed, Modern lighting, Large refrigerator, induction cook top. Good shower pressure. A quiet neighborhood but I would imagine if there was an event at the Stadium next door it could get loud. But I don't know how late events go....so that is only a surmising. All in...I would book again. "

"Exceptional basement suite in a newer home. Very comfortable king bed. Kitchen with everything you would need. Treats waiting in several locations. Quality shampoo and soaps. We really liked our stay and would recommend to friends. Thanks for having such a nice place. "
