"Beautiful cottage on a beautiful location. The boat house allowed us to remain shaded ( or out in the sun) so that we could watch our children enjoy the water trampoline, fish off of the dock, use the paddle board, canoe or kayaks. We had our own boat so added activities were water skiing and wake boarding. Never a dull moment! So many memories."

"First off, the surrounding area and the lake the cottage sits on is absolutely amazing. The lake is very busy with jet skis and lots of boaters. The fishing is decent as well and if you want great, Lake Joseph is only 10 mins down the road. The lot for the cottage is very large, with a nice flat front lawn that was great for family lawn games. The back yard has a gentle slope to the water with a very nicely set up firepit and a nice sandy beach area for the kids to swim. The dock was great...

"It is a vedry nice, spacious property wityh good privacy. The 3 bedroom cottage has been very nicely updated inside and was friendly, cozy and modern. The boathouse accomodation was also nicekly finishedd and appointed with an amazing front porch providing picturesque views of the lake. "Beautiful property and well maintained. Owen responded to our questions promptly. Plenty of room for our family (adult children and toddler grandchild) with room to spare. Spent the weekend ice fishing, sledding, making snow people and great memories. Only thing that would have been better would have been catching some fish. ;) .Would definitely recommend this property."

"Stayed for a weekend with some friends in Parry Sound. The house is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, and all appliances in very good working condition. The house is a bit of a trek from the lake, but not very far and very easy to access beaches and hiking trails by driving. The owner was very communicative and helpful! Definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Parry Sound!"

"This is a great rental option for large groups. We were 14 people total and were very comfortable. En suite bathrooms, modern furnishings, and lots of living and dining space. There is also great waterfront space: We spent all weekend on the dock or in the water, fishing, swimming, or paddleboarding. The rental company was responsive when contacted via e-mail, and reacted quickly when we had requests. For example, an electrical breaker had tripped before we arrived, resulting in a partial power...

"The view is magnificent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We only used the upstairs so can’t speak to the lower level. Bed was comfortable. Bring your own top sheet. Location was perfect for exploring the area. Sunroom and deck and floating deck were all really nice! There is a train that goes by but it didn’t bother us at night because we had 2 fans and a sound machine on. We would stay here again! Loved it. "
