"Overall, the hotel room itself was well-stocked, and had plenty of things to ease our stay as we arrived in the midst of a power outage and no electricity in the hotel or town. The main contact was unreachable; however, the room manual listed two contact numbers. We were able to speak to a staff member through the emergency number, but they didn't have any flashlights or light sources for us to use. We enjoyed our time after the first day. "The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty. No shampoo, conditioner, soap or dish washer soap. No information or how do use booklet. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. We open the...

"The location of this apartment cannot be beat if you are looking for all of what Old Port has to offer. Lots of restaurants/bars/shops steps away. Alaa was a great host and communication and check in were very easy. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 teenagers), especially the kitchen area. Enough bedrooms to split everybody and everybody was comfortable. "We arrived by car and was perfect to drive out to different parts of Montreal. Place was clean and beds cozy. "

"The home looked like an abandoned home from the outside -- straight out of a horror movie. The deck had broken boards, totally unsafe to walk and sit on. Grass was not cut. The property had a terrible smell of sewage. The floors indoors were warped and buckling. Rooms are much smaller than images show. Definitely not worth a look. We couldn't stay at the location and moved to a hotel. This was totally disappointing."

"Nice place but in need of top sheets instead of cover for the duvet cover. It also would have been nice to have some Kleenex around. The binder with instructions were lacking information, especially on checkout and local information. "
