"We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. The were many different conflicting instructions on what not to do and what to do in regards to heat, water, dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), but there were pods for one? Otherwise, we had fun. "We had a lovely stay at Kyle’s cottage. The house was clean and well maintained. Sitting on the deck watching the boats pass by was our favorite activity. There’s good food, shopping and outdoor activities in the surrounding area too. "The location was great. The rustic cottage was very cute Although some attention to the property is needed. The yard was full of debris (organic) I raked the back yard in order to enjoy the fire pit which had not been cleaned out in quite a while. I borrowed a shovel and shoveled it out. The Kitchen sink leaked in the cabinet. TV was difficult to operate I communicated my findings to the owner and I am sure he is going to look into it"

"We had an amazing stay. The cottage was nice and the view from the front deck was beautiful. My only criticism is They state towels provided however my husband and I were there for 10 days and there were only 4 bath towels. That is def not enough towels. If there was a washer dryer that would be fine but there is not. So we had to go and buy more towels. Other than that it was wonderful"

"Was pretty clean a few thing were not as expected. Dishwasher had broken glass in it so we did not use it, call and they said they would send someone to look at it but never were told if they did or not. Trash was full outside and they took care of that. Also should have told us the washer can only use cold water so we knew a head of time. The sliding door had a hole in the screen. Also we wanted to use the grill but we're unable to do to the fact it was way to rusty. But overall we didn't mind...

"I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The host and management company were great and easy to communicate with. We came up for our daughter’s wedding and we all had a very nice weekend. Thank you"

"We had a wonderful time at the lake house in Conway for Memorial Day Weekend. The view from the back deck was amazing and the property matched the view with so much waterfront on the lake.
