"Not enough staff at the main bar area, The staff that worked that shift were outstanding ,but there wasnt enough of them ,tables not cleared ,long wait for food, people leaving or complaining to the working was not fair on them,they were working their socks off."

"We stay every year as part of our Christmas shopping weekend and nothing really changes. It’s a good quality hotel, with great rooms & good amenities.
