"There's nothing to complain about regarding tthe hotel and staff. The apartment was clean and spacious and all facilities were there. Housekeeping was good and we were allowed to check out 2 hours late as our flight wasn't leaving until early evening. It took a 30 minute train ride to get into the city mainly due to the fact it stopped at all stations. Excellent value for the money. The downside was the locale. Midland appears to be a run down area and has that reputation and we encountered...

"Have stayed previously. Staff are helpful and informative. Rooms immaculate with such comfortable bed. Laundry available. Pity no bar or restaraunt this time however amazing resturants nearby."

"Lovely place to stay - easy to get to city on a ferry, shopping facilities are in walkable distance. Kitchenette facilities enough for use. Parking is limited although there is street parking."
