"The communication and check in were smooth. Location is alright, 10min walk from the beach, which offers good privacy. Nice touches with sun cream, towels and some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, coffee, some cereals, and biscuits). The half-working grill let us cook some fresh fish. "I loved the property and how it was set up. A few tiny things niggled me. The jacuzzi bath didn't have a stopper so couldnt use it as a bath. The shower wasnt cleaned properly, there was hairs all over. No other plugs for international guests. Some of the lights didnt work."

"The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. "We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. "Sarah’s cottage was exactly as she described. The gardens and pool were beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed listening to the tree frogs at night and seeing all the lizards and beautiful birds. Sarah’s dog Honey was adorable, and Sarah provided us with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We rented a car, and the cottage was convenient to all beaches..and a nice, relaxing place to come back to after exploring the island."

"Nicely remote, very open house, beautiful pool, comfortable beds. No ice maker in the fridge but our escort to the house told us that so we bought ice. The house does not have air condoning which we knew when we made the reservation but we didn't know we would have extreme heat during our visit which made us very hot and unable to escape the heat.
