"It was a great stay, nice neighborhood, totally cute tiny home with enough space. We even got in the hot tub. The house was clean, nicely decorated, good size kitchen and bathroom, reasonably priced, and the host was highly communicative. If there was any feedback it would be to add a fan to help the air-conditioner in the front room. But no complaints, enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book this cute tiny home again. "

"We had the best time! The farmhouse is beautiful and well kept! We loved reading the family history and very much enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the area is. My niece particularly enjoyed playing the piano. She spent most of her evenings there instead of browsing on her phone which was a definite plus! Nelda was a wonderful host and always made sure we had everything we needed! I cannot say enough about her hospitality! Thank you so very much! "

"The house is absolutely adorable! Very spacious- very furnished- COMFORTABLE BEDS! Everything was easy, smooth, and relaxing. Shopping is close- house is easy to find- and the host is so polite and so accommodating. We definitely would stay again at this home! Highly recommend staying here! "Great place to stay while in Tyler! We loved it!"

"Needs a lot of upkeep. Run down. Trash all around the pond. Grill was full of old used charcoal above the grate. Only 5 coffee mugs. No dishwasher. We ended up only sleeping there. Went to our friends at another place during day. "

"This home is beautiful, comfortable and spacious! It has such a great feel to it. It has everything you could need. The kids loved seeing the longhorn, horses and chickens daily. Unfortunately it rained everyday so we were unable to use the pool. Conveniently located to everything! I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great time. Our host was amazing. We had a storm come through and she insisted that we move our car undercover in case we had hail. The home was lovely and spotless, the yard was perfect. She is a super host for a reason, had a great time we will come back again. Janice"
