"Everything happens seamlessly at this hotel from check-in to check-out. The staff are friendly and helpful, and either have some English or are experts at using translator apps.
The room was clean, spacious, quite, cool and attractive.
The surrounding area has everything you could want, while being a large block away from main tourist area, and so is more authentically Vietnamese.
The beach is wonderful.

"The perfect location, right on the beach, central location, fantastic views. Great breakfast. The hotel has a wonderful foyer and front sitting area before you enter to reception. "Staying at this hotel feels like staying in an stylish European hotel..Room was awesome, service too. But couple of things ruined the overall experience :
- Breakfast is seriously lacking. Nothing luxurious about it. Had much better breakfasts at hostels.
Given the price they charge I would expect a much better breakfast.
- There is a super weird daily wake up recorded sound blasting the speakers at 5.30 AM for 30 minutes outside the building. We asked about it and seems it is a government...
"There is nothing much to dislike about this property, apart from the classical music in the swimming pool area which is too loud. The views are spectacular, swimming pool area is beautiful; rooms are also lovely and the people are so welcoming and helpful. Afternoon tea is a bonus and very delicious and transfers to the airport. Would totally recommend this hotel."
