"Well equipped residence with everything you need. Absolutely beautiful view and great pool to enjoy any time of the day/night! Nice and quiet neighbourhood.Denis and Linda are excellent hosts, very accommodating and friendly. Walk down the hill to shops and restaurants is about 7-10 mins and not too hard, take a car if your legs aren't up to walking up big hills. Absolutely loved staying here!"

"Quasi parfait, prestations de belle qualité, réactivité du gestionnaire parce que nous avons subi 2 jours sans eau et sans information de la coupure en amont. Le gestionnaire qui n’en était pas responsable a compensé comme il a pu le désagrément causé en nous livrant de grosses bouteilles d’eau de 5l. Sinon équipement complet, bien entretenu. "

"Wonderful, large house with pier right on lagoon. Loved everything about the home! Easy check in/ check out. Highly recommend. Also, can drink the water from the fridge (filtered) which is very helpful. Very spacious and nice airflow throughout the home. AC in both bedrooms. Coffee provided on arrival as well. Louana, the property manager, is extremely helpful and friendly, than you so much, Louana! We would love to return! Thank you for everything!"

"This was the most amazing Villa, we didn't want to leave. There was so much room to spread out in the shade. The kitchen had everything you would want. The beds were so comfortable and the AC worked very well. But the star of the show was watching fish TV every night from the Fare. "

"This property is on the water and has great access to grocery stores and lots of adventures. The home needs a few upgrades. For example, the mattresses should be replaced, the hot tub doesn’t get “hot” and some kitchen appliances were broken. All of these things were overshadowed by the homes exceptional location and how well taken care of home is. "

"Ingrid is fantastic! So nice and helpful. Ingrid is a French native so the home is clean, new. She or her housekeeping service did military grade hospital corners on the beds, it was amazing detail everywhere like that. No dryer, just washer but she has a clothes rack and it was windy enough at night to dry clothes. "This is a great place to stay on Raiatea with its own little beach. We liked the open concept and the property management is very accommodating. The beach isn’t the best for swimming due to lots of coral but we did enjoy kayaking to the nearby Motu where more swimming possibilities exist. The nearby restaurant that you can walk to, Fish & Blue, is a real treat. "

"Great location! Loved the separate bungalow with two twin beds, close to the water. Other two bedrooms were very nice! Not far from where the ferry drops you off. A few days we could see cruise ships parked out in the water. Centrally located. Overall Great!!! Short 10 minutes drive to Matira Beach and Bora Bora dive center!! "

"Everything was just perfect! Communication from the very beginning with Ingrid was informative and reply’s were quick. On arrival Ingrid had a taxi waiting to take us to the Villa where Ingrid and Olivier were waiting to greet us.
