"Ha sido una estancia llena de poca profesionalidad. El servicio de check- in ha sido mediocre y con un chico en la recepción que no está preparado para ese puesto de trabajo. El servicio de desayuno hubo días en los que no había nadie y no sabíamos cómo pedir lo necesario para desayunar. Un sitio en una buena ubicación con una gestión muy mala. "Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall."

"The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer."

You need to know Italian to communicate with the host. It would be helpful if there were checkout instructions in English. The shower is extremely small, only for very skinny individuals."
