"We were at a resort and flight was cancelled due to weather at home. We spent two nights at Las Palmas. Very clean and amazing owners. Loved the feel of the quaint town and its residence! Great nearby restaurants. We will be back on our next trip!"

"The owner, Elena, is friendly and ever ready to assist and make things comfortable. There was 1 remarkable thing I experienced: I am used to mosquitos even in 4-5 * accomodations. BUT there WASN'T 1 mosquito in the apt. the entire week. By the way, Puerto Morelos is a sober no-nonsense coastal resort - on both sides of Route 307. We came away with a rich experience of this part of Mexico. "

"We loved the place. The house was comfortable and in an excellent location—perfect as a base for a trip to the Riviera Maya. There were plenty of towels, which we really appreciated since we went to the beach (the beach at Puerto Morelos is one of the best) or pool almost every day. The community pool area was great, and we were able to see monkeys and agoutis (sereques) in the surrounding forested areas.Diana was very responsive and helpful with our questions and inquiries."

"The rental was perfect for our family of 5, although it was not the same place as in the photos. The host explained why as this space was a bit bigger. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped! The beds were amazing and now I need a mattress for home! The rooms were bright and cozy. Moises was very helpful, overall wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!"

"It was the perfect get away spot. Incredible views of the ocean, a 5 min walk to the beach and local delicious restaurants around the corner. The place was beautiful, had all the amenities and our boys loved the pool out back. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. we would definitely book there again recommend to our friends and family. Our only issue was booking .com gave us the wrong contact number to confirm and we had to send someone to confirm for us."

"The house has a lot of beautiful arts and very homey. We were a family of six and everyone has their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is just the right size for hanging out after the beach. Everything is walking distance. We rented a car and did not need for going out to dinner. Andrew is fabulous in communicating with us. I 100% recommend his house."

"We had a two week stay at Palma Grande. We found the accommodations very clean. The person we were dealing with (Moises) was always very prompt in his replies to any concerns we had as a group. I would recommend this property to others. Short cab rides to the beach and also short cab rides to the grocery store as well as local restaurants. We had a great time staying there."

"Andres and his property were great. If you're looking for something charming and with a lot of character this is it. If you want something brand new and modern, resort style, than maybe not, but then Puerto Morelos probably isn't for you.There are a couple things to note. "We were travelling with our adult sons and their adult friend. This property gave an impressive amount of privacy to each guests. Everyone having their own bathroom was a nice feature. "Es un lugar con mucho entretenimiento para adultos y niños, tienen muchas actividades, el bufete muy amplio, con mucha variedad y muy rico, nuestra estadía fue maravillosa y aún mejor gracias a la señorita Jasmine supervisora de Expedía gracias a ella y su amable equipo de trabajo, nuestra estadía fue memorable. Estamos muy contentos de haber elegido este hotel y seguro volveremos mis hijos se la pasaron maravillosamente bien con todas las actividades que hay para ellos, toboganes río tranquilo espectáculos.
