"We were so happy to find the house exactly as deacribed, and even better. The house was very well stocked, you will only need your clothes and food. Comfortable, clean, spacious and safe. We rented a car from Cancun and it was easy to find and easy to get between the house, Cancun and Puerto Morelos. We will stay there again and highly recommend it."

"The rental was perfect for our family of 5, although it was not the same place as in the photos. The host explained why as this space was a bit bigger. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped! The beds were amazing and now I need a mattress for home! The rooms were bright and cozy. Moises was very helpful, overall wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!"

"The house was nice, it worked for our needs. The location is actually 1 mile / 2 km to the west of Highway 307. And about 3 miles / 5-6 km from the sea. A car is a requirement. "The owner, Elena, is friendly and ever ready to assist and make things comfortable. There was 1 remarkable thing I experienced: I am used to mosquitos even in 4-5 * accomodations. BUT there WASN'T 1 mosquito in the apt. the entire week. By the way, Puerto Morelos is a sober no-nonsense coastal resort - on both sides of Route 307. We came away with a rich experience of this part of Mexico. "

"The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe (guards monitor access to the neighborhood day and night). We had a car to get around so everything was quickly accessible: restaurants, laundry, grocery store and the sea. Ricardo always answered my questions quickly and the contact person to guide you once we got there was very available. It was much appreciated. I definitely recommend this place."

"Hemos disfrutado de la casa una semana mi esposa y dos niños (15 y 13). Susana es la persona que recibe a los huespedes y es muy atenta amable y diligente. La propiedad mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, está muy limpia ordenada equipada y muy cuidada. Una vez instalados enseguida te percatas que el propietario ha cuidado hasta el último detalle para que te encuentres como en tu propia casa. La zona es muy tranquila y vigilada 24/7. "Stayed for 2 weeks. Very Clean, nicely updated big rooms, great beds. Kitchen needs some minor work and more dishes and bake wear. Need wash cloths. Washer/Dryer combo was a big plus! Pool was great but no where to lounge and surrounded by gravel. That was a disappointment. Back area needed maintained, trees blocking shower and path. Information book needed to be a little more knowledgeable with how things work in the residential area. If leaving daily, rent a car. I would recommend, but I would...

"This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults for our 9 night stay. We’d been to Puerto Morelos twice before (2005 & 2008) when our kids were young. They are now young adults (24 & 27) with lovely partners and we wanted to celebrate the university graduation of the younger pair as well as get together with our daughter and her boyfriend who live and work in the UK. The house was just great for our occasion. Each bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite so each couple had their own space....
