"The listing did not show the front of the house. We tought maybe the inside was better . It wasn't the case. The floor was dirty, the house in general dusty, the fridge very sticky on the outside, the inside had leftover food. Very old appliances and not throughly cleaned. The house was extremely hot, the A/C units and the fans where turned off and it took a long time to get comfortable. But more than anything what bothered us more was that there where 2 rooms locked up, with no explanation,...

"It’s a total scam the the king size bed is two síngal beds in one! The locating is not we’re they say it was. It’s old and outdated place. Cockroaches everywhere and place in no good don’t recommend "

"This place is perfect for those who don’t want to be around other tourists. You can enjoy Cancun and come back to the house and rest or enjoy the huge pool. The house is beautiful and has room for a family. "

"Overall a nice property. Lots of construction noise from work on other buildings in the complex. Water pressure was terrible and the hot water was pretty much non existent. Taking a shower and washing dishes was miserable. The AC in the master bedroom was extremely noisy and struggled to keep the room cool during the day."

"Myself and three of my closest friends stayed here for a short getaway over the summer. I never give absolute incredible reviews, but this place was amazing. Our favorite things were the pool, and few local restaurants that were walking distance. The buses that go up and down the main road were easy to access so if we wanted to go into the hustle and bustle of everything, it was not a big deal. The beds were super comfortable.
