"Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und haben uns im Haus in Montiano sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Anna Maria hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Haus, die 4 Schlafzimmer, der Aufenthaltsraum und die Küche waren mit vielen schönen Details sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Küchenutensilien (Pfannen usw.) dürften wieder mal ergänzt oder ersetzt werden. Das Dorf ist in guter Lage zu vielen schönen Ausflugszielen in der Maremma. Wir versuchten soweit wie möglich in den 2 Läden im Dorf...

"An der Unterkunft gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Alles ist so wie es auf den Bildern aussieht, die Landschaft um das Anwesen herum ist traumhaft, der wirklich große Pool ist immer sauber und das Haus insbesondere die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet wie ich es noch nie in einem Ferienhaus gesehen habe! Insgesamt eine 10/10, danke für den tollen Aufenthalt !"

"We had a very nice stay in this location. The owner Bettina was very helpful and responsive. The house is spacious and has a large garden. It is located towards the back of a gated community of vacation homes and villas with access to the beach. "Le personnel était bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse à désirer. Si vous voulez des défis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrêté de sauté tout au long du séjour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branché. J’ai eu du plaisir à trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poêle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir."
