"After paying big for a local,hotel that closed their onsite restaurant without advertisement, this condo is similarly priced but located in the South County commons complex that includes 5 restaurants, coffee shop,movie's, hair salon and is,on rt 1 near all beache,wickford ,Narragansett, Wakefield and Point Judith ferry. Complex is modern,quiet would never know how many reside here. Unit is new,sparsely furnished but all needed amenities including laundry, central ac,gas fireplace ,dishwasher. ...

The only negative thing I could think about is that the washing machine was very noisy. "Stay away! Our experience was awful and led to our immediate departure from the property. We checked in and found the assigned condo to be in an unacceptable, uninhabitable condition. The unit was run down, and we discovered significant cleanliness issues including pubic hair on the toilet and in the shower, mold around the shower tub drain and behind a toilet, unclean sinks, and badly stained kitchen chairs. The entire unit had a pervasive, awful damp and musty smell, and the furniture was old...
