Communication with Lisa was prompt, clear and thorough. We had a wonderful time in Providence and this was the perfect place to call home base during our stay. "We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

"Super nice property that fit 6 adults very well. Even had coffee for the Keurig! We were on the top floors so we had to climb 2 and 3 flights of stairs numerous times a day (and 4 if we spent time on the roof!) but worth it. Would stay again. "

"Our host had thought of everything to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. He even indicated his favorite places for breakfast and dinner. The beach was ideal and and just across the street. The nearby restaurants and shops were great, including the ice cream shop opposite our condo. We could see both the ocean and a fun street scene from our balcony. Loved this place!"

"Just stayed 2 nights for a friends wedding weekend and our experience was amazing! Seamless check in! The property owner even called us earlier in the day to let us know we could check in early and call if we need anything. The place was spotless, adorable and perfectly fit the 4 of us. Located central to everything we were able to walk everywhere and avoid Ubers. It was an a great weekend and we would definitely stay here again!"
