"Very nice location for quiet stay in St.Martin. Rental Car is a must. Drive from the airport at rush hour (4 to 6 PM) will exceed a hour for just under 9 miles. Hostess Sabrina met us at the villa and provided an excellent tour of the property and advice on locations to visit. Check out was easy as well. AC is only in the bedrooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms though. Pool is very relaxing and a great place to soak up the sun! Kayak or use the water taxi to Pinel Island. Grad Case is about a 10...

"Jacob & Eli were gracious and responsive hosts. We had great communication and directions for the property. It was amazing to have a pool and a snorkeling beach at the same property. Outdoor grill worked great. We were able to park 3x small cars in the drive. Neighborhood is quiet and secure. Other reviews mention the airport noise but frankly we rarely heard anything over the sound of the waves on the beach!. No sargassum. Beach can be tricky to enter water but snorkeling is was nice. "We love our stay at the Marina Villa. Marie was a great host! She was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had. She recommended a great rental place just a few minutes away, Discount Car Rental (all very nice). The listing was just as it was pictured and the the view was breathtaking. The location was great as it was only 15-20 minute drive to the Dutch side or to the beaches on the French Side. I highly recommend this listing!"

"Fantastischer Aufenthalt in einer Villa die schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Auf einem der schönsten Plätze auf der Insel bittet die Villa viel Charme und alles was das Herz begehrt. Wundervoller Swimmingpool mit dem schönsten Ausblick über Grand Case und das karibische Meer. Viele Lokale sind in ein paar Minuten ohne Fahrzeug erreichbar,welches es noch attraktiver macht diese Villa zu mieten. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst bemüht und sehr freundlich."

"Spent 10 incredible days here and loved every bit! Super accessible to the beach, pool, market, bakery. 10-20 minutes from multiple parts of SXM. The house had just about everything we needed to be able to cook - including basic spices, utensils and plenty of dishes.
