"Kim was very helpful and ver easy to communicate with, she answers text messages pretty quick and the place itself was very pretty. There a lot of amenities in this place that was very useful in our stay."

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly."

"Comfortable place for a weekend getaway for 4 adults. Although the house is on a busy street, the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. Close to downtown Willow Glen. The host was very attentive and helpful. Off street parking was nice and there is a spacious backyard. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"This property was amazing! An event friendly space is all I’ve ever hoped for and this house delivered. The rooms were cozy and comfy, the bathrooms were cleaned and maintained well. The kitchen was straight forward with no issues. On arrival we did notice the house had a bit of a odor but opening windows and the screen door quickly resolved it. The backyard was also fantastic. Nice open and welcoming space. I will say we did notice a bit of left over trash from possibly a previous guest that...

"Even though the room was small (310 sqft) , it was well optimized with a small kitchen. Building was very new. Internet was spotty with frequent drops in connection. Laundry and gym were good. Payment for parking is a bit of a drag. Location of the property next to Santana row and valley fair is great. Vta stop next to the property is a huge advantage. But no groceries in walking distance."
