"We stayed in this house as a family of 5 and had way more space than we needed. The bedrooms are large. Upon arrival there were some welcome fruit/snacks which I greatly appreciated as a mom traveling with three young children all day. We cooked breakfast at the house every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed (note: there were not basic spices/seasoning like salt, pepper etc.). "We had a great experience at this property! Jorge was very responsive and we were allowed an early check in which was so helpful. The home itself seemed bigger than the photos, and was very clean. The neighborhood itself was noisy at night, with a lot of dogs barking and patrons from the bar, but being in a gated community we felt very safe and never had any issues. The check out process could have been a little more detailed with the instructions, but overall I would recommend staying here and...

"I cant say enough about this property. Before we even arrived the owner was so helpful in fininding some of the best places to eat and shop. The house itself is modernized to include all the creature comforts in an absolutly stunning OSJ row home in the best location. No car needed ! The rooftop deck was our favorite place to be when not exploring the city. Beds were comfortable and linens were just what we were hoping for. Kitchen had everything you would need to eat in. "It is in a very good location. Walking distance to beach, many restaurants as well as nightlife activities. The property itself is clean. Security is good. We did have problems with the hot water because we weren’t turning the knob correctly. My biggest complaint is we had no WIFI the entire stay. The property manager was responsive and did send someone to check hot water. Overall the stay was good. "

"It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly. "
