The location was directly on the beach with a beautiful view from the 5th floor and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is a very safe and secure place, hence there are several keys, a fob and a parking gate opener to work with. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions. "Want to start by saying excellent location. More communication needed by host. I had to initiate contact to get information about checking in parking but host did respond. I arrived late due to flight and was not aware of a gate on door that seemed to have a key lock. I had a code so that was not expected. Could of communicated clearly about that especially when guests are arriving to new premises. Apartment clean and secure , could use a modern update. Especially some of the ceiling fans do not...
