"The home is set out of town and you need to make sure you have transportation planned to go to and from as it's not near areas most would want to visit. 2 very friendly and playful dogs kept up entertained."

"Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze...

"La casa es una maravilla, tiene todas las comodidades, al anfitrion es un muy atento, fue una experiencia unica, pero recomiendo planificar bien la llegada, ya que es un camino de dificil acceso de preferencia llegar en vehiculo 4x4 o tambien se podria llegar por bote desde panajachel u otro pueblo de mejor acceso."

"We loved our stay. It was very beautiful and peaceful. The staff brought us a delicious breakfast each morning for a small charge. The only negative is not knowing in advance about the very steep and long cement path from the road to the cabin on the lake. Anyone with physical disabilities could find it impossible to manage."

"This place was even more beautiful than on the pictures!! Maura has created an oasis with her home. Everything was perfect! We recommend this place by far for a peaceful getaway!! "

"Overpriced for a place with no AC and hot water was not working for half the stay. Beautiful property though. Woke up in the morning and there was a scorpion in the bed. We arrived at the home and communicated we were there the last came out and sent us away as we did not speak Spanish and mispronounced the location. After showing the reservation on the phone she then allowed us access. "

"My husband and I had been staying in Antigua with a bunch of friends. We had been hiking and site seeing. We wanted a few days of just us. We loved this house. Quaint. Cozy. Excellent views, lovely garden with amazing outdoor spaces. A Tuk Tuk ride to any neighboring town. This home is a gem!"
