"Host was wonderful to work with. We arrived a few days after the second hurricane that hit that area. There was some damage to the privacy fence surrounding the pool. And the pool had some debris. But the Host was totally transparent about these issues , even sent me pictures, and offered cancellation option at anytime. "We enjoyed our stay!! Our condo was clean, perfect size for my husband and I, and the view was perfect. Loved the pool area. It was quiet, peaceful, and every morning it was clean and put back together. The owner was informative, respectful, and made sure to reach out to me to see if it was okay to deliver some new patio furniture. He also let me know that there may be some work being done in the parking lot, but the work had been canceled. We would definitely consider coming back."

"We were in town for a swim meet at the north shore aquatic complex and this house was the perfect location. We could get to warm up at 7am in 10 mins tops and walk down and back when schedule permitted. It’s also close to amazing restaurants and the neighborhood was perfect for our dog! The house is super close to Crescent Lake, which is lovely - a path, pickleball and a dog park are all there. Will definitely return if we find ourselves back in St Pete. And to top that all off, Lisa is a GREAT...
