"The condo was clean, and the location was quiet. We enjoyed the view, pool and saw several dolphins and a manatee. We will definitely stay again hopefully for longer next time. Mary was very prompt with responding to questions. "

"First of all, we are not short term vacation rental (vrbo & others) people. That being said, we had a really good experience at this spot. Literally 2 blocks from restaurants & bars we like to experience. Parking was easier than expected based on city parking zones, but it was no inconvenience at all. The place was clean, roomy enough for 2 adults, comfortable bed. The owner gave suggestions on places to go. We like to be locals and not tourists. As for cleanup/checking out. It has everything you could possibly need; with incredible views, tasteful decor, peaceful surroundings, and yet is close to everything. It was perfect for our team visiting for a week-long conference plus beach time! The owners were quick to answer all questions and great to work with. I give Gulfer's Paradise an A rating!!!"

"Extremely nice condo good size rooms with nice furniture and appliances beautiful property easy assigned parking large basket of beach towels back pack cooler and beach chairs for our use also a tray of snacks had a wonderful 3 weeks. Only really small problem was the large and high bed I’m 5’2” tall and 73y/o so getting into the bed was extremely funny nightly for my husband!! "

"Lovely stay. Condo was clean and well stocked. Host was great! Communicative and was able to let us check in early. Unit is an end unit so it was quiet and you didn’t have to worry as much about disturbing neighbors. Was able to watch dolphins in the bay from the balcony :) Pool was nice and is heated. There is a recreation room with a treadmill, recumbent bike and an elliptical. It has a bunch of books as well. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay "

"El anfitrion es excelente, explica todo perfecto, cocina super equipada, es buena la zona (isla del sol). En áreas de oportunidad sería bueno que los canceles de los ventanales (terraza) se limpien porque estaban muy sucios. también como se acumula mucho polvo (imagino que por la zona) recomiendo a los propietarios que hagan un servicio de limpieza adicional cada 4-5 días, aunque no sea limpieza muy profunda (el anfitrion amablemente me contacto con una empresa de limpieza, pero como solo iba...
