"First of all, we are not short term vacation rental (vrbo & others) people. That being said, we had a really good experience at this spot. Literally 2 blocks from restaurants & bars we like to experience. Parking was easier than expected based on city parking zones, but it was no inconvenience at all. The place was clean, roomy enough for 2 adults, comfortable bed. The owner gave suggestions on places to go. We like to be locals and not tourists. As for cleanup/checking out.
