"First, let’s start with location. This property is in the heart of the beach community and just blocks from the water. Ideal location! Secondly, the owners were very nice and promptly responded to questions and requests. Finally, the space was nicely decorated and equipped. The only issue we had related to a dirty air conditioning unit. Its filter was dirty and there appeared to be some black spots in the vent. We thought it may have been the onset of mold. "We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great. On site laundry available. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. I wish there had been trays to make ice cubes. Not enough room in freezer to buy ice and store it. Nice fire pit to relax by but the outdoor loungers were not something I wanted to sit on as they were covered with bird poo. We did use the bicycles to ride to the market and breakfast which was a great little amenity. Just an fyi that there is no off street...

"My husband and I found our accommodations clean, well appointed with all the necessities. The location was perfect for a west LA weekend, tons of restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance and lots more within a 10 minute drive. "Excellent property and host, well described. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Although all required permits are provided, street parking availability varies with time of day and beach lot parking, while reasonably convenient, was commonly gated and locked. Apparently there is a code to open the lock, but we did not learn of that until the end of our stay which caused some inconvenience. "
