"We were in the area for work so didn't really get to enjoy all that the house had to offer, but did get to take a walk on the beach and pier which was only a block away. One parking spot in the garage and no problem parking on the street. Would definitely stay there again."

"Needed a nice place for a two week stay in LA. This condo fit the bill. Great location, lots of restaurants and other amenities close by. Dedicated parking. And the condo itself was perfectly outfitted. Nice appliances. All the utensils you need. Comfy bed. And was very clean. Brooke was very responsive. Having to go through the guard gate could be a little cumbersome, but added to the security. All in all highly recommended. "

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay.
