"I put this view from the Villa in the top three most beautiful experiences my eyes have ever taken in anywhere in the world. I could sit on the pool deck forever. The Villa it self is everything anyone could ask for in a home. It is new, has everything, is a 15 minute walk (5 min drive) down the hill to the supermarket. I cannot imagine anyone staying here and saying that it wasn't perfect. It will make you think about moving to Chernobbio. "

"Our family (8 people) gathered for Easter Vacation at the Poggio Verde villa. We have rented several villas in the past decade in Italy, Spain, Greece and France, but this one was definitely the most comfortable and peaceful one. We were lucky to meet the very kind owners and learn a bit more from them on the history of the villa and region. "The property has beautiful views and balconies. The property manager is fantastic and very responsive. We traveled with a group of 6 adults who all found access to the property difficult by car with very narrow, steep one lane roads with two way traffic leading to challenging vehicle access for anyone other than the locals. "Das Haus, in der sich diese wunderschöne Wohnung befindet, liegt ein Stück bergauf, Como Innenstadt ist aber zu Fuß in ca. 30min erreichbar, die nächste Bahnstation in gut 20min. Von dort fährt halbstündlich ein Zug nach Mailand (Dauer 1h). Die Eigentümerin wohnt selber auch in dem Anwesen und kümmert sich fantastisch!
