"Tbh it wasn't that bad for the stay me and my boyfriend had. We went to alton towers when we stayed over and we didn't want to spend like £600+ on hotels inside the park. I had heard that recently this b&b was under new management the staff were great tbh. We had a chat with one of the staff that were there when we got back from alton towers on the Saturday and he was incredibly nice. We had free breakfast with our stay. "I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. "Had a call day before to ask what time we was checking in and give us useful information about the area and what to do. Lady at check in was super nice gave us more tips on the area. Room was warm and clean when arrived. Had kettle and microwave and a mini fridge, no cutlery or plates but that was fine with us. If walking down to the town, it is a very steep hill and takes 15 minutes for the unfit lol. Overall good stay and would stay again. "
