"We will definitely stay here again! We loved the newness, cleanliness, adequate space and comfortable beds. The location was perfectly situated right across the gulf, with its own private beach entrance! The pool and hot tub were clean and the bonus was the splash pad for the kids! "We enjoyed a 5-nt stay in late June. Poolside view and a peek of the ocean but super close walk to beach within the expansive Sandestin resort. Clean and comfortable and the best owner communication possible! Love having access to beach chairs especially since the beach is rather crowded at that time of season. Great condo!"

"Well, the view from the hotel room is beautiful. The only thing that caught my attention was the coffee maker — it was dirty. The coffee maker in the room needs to be replaced. I wasn’t able to enjoy a coffee, and there wasn’t even water available to make one. Also, the vending machine for water wasn’t working. Other than that, the room was clean. This isn’t the cleaning staff’s fault, but rather the property’s responsibility to invest in a new coffee maker."
