"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. "Estuvimos bien, pero las fotografias estan un poco amañadas. Las fotos 21, 26, 33 y 34 son de la misma habitación con mobiliario diferente. Las fotos exteriores son de lejos y (tal vez) con drones. La terraza estaba sucia y no era tan bucólica. Evidentemente, se prepara para la foto y se recoge para que la intemperie no lo estropee. Los dueños, más amables por e-mail que en vivo y directo. Solicitamos con tiempo poder llevar una perra de 14 años que es como de la familia y nos lo autorizaron....

"This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

"The apartment was small, but well stocked with towels and kitchen items.. and coffee pellets. The best thing about the place is the view of lake and alps. And the patio with table where we could sit for meals or aperitif. Very fine visit.. gondola and boat ride were fantastic too!"

"Hosts Ines and Hans are very lovely and welcoming. Very lovely house in the mountains with everything you need. The house is split in to two sides. It has everything you need: well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a toilet, three bedrooms. Just bear in mind that house is only accessible via gondola. You need to leave your car in a parking garage and get a gondola up to the house. The area is very good and the views are amazing. We had an amazing time! "
