Everything that you need is in the apartment, looks like it's been refurbished not so long ago, off road parking. Just the perfect stay with a sea view. Highly recommend this place."

"So pleased I found this property, it was perfect for our NYE break. Local to where we live we get a lot of fireworks & our dogs were able to relax with no noise of fireworks here, it feels really remote, but it’s only a few miles to local shops. We travelled into St Ives & Marazion & St Michael’s Mount just a short drive away, during our stay.The property is very secure, we could let the dogs out in the courtyard knowing they couldn’t escape. "We had a weekend stay at Day Dawn and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful property, so much so we didnt want to leave. The house was equipped with all we could need and had ample space for our party of 9. Parking for 3 cars was a bonus. The views were spectacular, we particularly enjoyed dolphin watching and viewing the sunrise/sunset over a peaceful St Ives. The location was perfect and quiet! Communication with the hosts was also brilliant. We would highly recommend a stay here."

"It was a modern house with a lovely decking and great location to walk to the beaches and St Ives. Check out could be later than 10am as we paid a lot to stay and in some places there was black mould. Overall it was clean and had nice modern furniture, "
