"Our extended family of 11 were so lucky to find this home! The house itself is even better than the photos. Our kids/teens loved the guest house and the primary rooms were incredible. Melissa was very easy to work with and addressed any concerns immediately. The maid service was flexible and convenient. Driving to Hacienda Panilla was interesting with rough roads etc, but once inside the gates it was beautiful. "

"The house was very spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The pool and cabana area was our favorite hangout spot. We opted in for additional services like a private chef and daily maid which were well worth the cost and the stsff eas friendly and very accommodating. The location is perfect as it is quaint and just a short gilf cart drive or walk to most places. My only complaint is that the curtsins could be better and the mattresses were not the most comfortable."

"We stayed here for my Wifes 50th and invited some friends and family to stay with us, we had a total of 21 people at the property and still felt like we had plenty of space. The dirt road leading up to the entrance to the property was a little rough, and some of our guests could not comfortably do the walk up and down, I strongly suggest renting a golf cart (Which we did) but it's still pretty rough, even with a cart. The house keepers were amazing and cooked a great breakfast daily! "

"The property was fantastic, exactly as it was listed. The pool was amazing. The rooms were great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, make coffee and beverages. The proximity to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and tours was perfect. Communication with Lola the host was easy with quick response. If you are light sensitive when you sleep, you might need a mask for the security lights are bright. Highly recommend"

"Loved our stay in the Los Golondrinos neighborhood at Hacienda Panilla in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The place was super clean and well-kept. The kids had a blast on the mini soccer field and pool space is incredible. The property managers were easy to reach and helpful. We enjoyed the nearby beach club, JW spa, and close access to beach. "This property is a beautiful oasis just outside the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo and still close enough to enjoy the town and beach. We had a car and parking was great. It would likely be a 30 minute walk to town. Sergio and Mariela are wonderful hosts and their art gallery is on the property. Their works really capture the spirit of the region. "The Host Ben is very responsive and kind. I wanted to experience living among the Ticos and we loved it. This place is unique and cozy for the 4 of us girls. There are some minor upgrades needed but we are so easygoing that it was not a bother. We survived a huge thunderstorm and no power for just a couple hours. The property has 2 cats. Also each bedroom has air conditioning and we enjoyed Netflix in the evening. This area is definitely a surf town and several restaurants walking distance....
