"Nice place everything was quiet beautiful all facilities at a good price. Only thing i wanna tell them to improve is their resturant slow service food was nice but they takes almost an hour to prepare veg food"
"This property is uncleand,dirty,unsafe, not ok at all as per value of money. Rooms are dustey, inconvenient, outside are is very much dustry and smelly. I still don't understand why u charged too much around 3845 for 2rooms. Toilets and bath rooms are nasty."

"The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page.
The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. "

"Excellent choice my mom was very happy with her stay here. She enjoyed her stay at this hotel for 21 days straight and she said the staff made all the difference. For next time i will book at this hotel again. "
"Es un hotel precioso, estilo colonial Ingles del año 1780, como digo precioso, pero que las habitaciones necesitan algo mas de cuidado y reforma (al menos la mía) cierto es que durante mi estancia fui testigo de trabajos de renovación en el salón Imperial.
Repito, que es un establecimiento único, pues como alojarse en una casa Victoriana, único y especial.
En definitiva lo disfrute muchísimo y quede encantado"
