"The bed is comfy, shower is nice, lots of space in the bathroom. All very clean. The snacks and bottles of water were appreciated. Also, very glad to discover a hair dryer in one of the bathroom drawers since I forgot mine. Great little place to stay! "

"We absolutely loved our stay, it exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Nashville even more special. It was the perfect sized property for two people. Very well equipped - everything had been thought about. The location was great for us - easy access to the buzz of the city but a very peaceful neighbourhood to stay in. "The Cottage was as advertised in every way. The kitchen was well stocked with all needs for cooking etc. It was very secure location and walk friendly. The porch was perfect since weather was perfect to sit out. great restaurants near by. Will use again if need arises. "

"My mom and I traveled to visit my brother in Johnson City. This was a wonderful location (very close to campus and Downtown area) , great apartment above the garage, beds were comfortable, hosts were very responsive when we inquired about something! We loved the patio area we had access to and used it both nights and one morning for coffee! We plan to stay again next year!! "

"Property was a perfect retreat after a couple long days in Nashville. Living room had games, books, and a great TV to wind down with. The beds were comfy and sheets were clean. I appreciated the fans, laundry baskets, blankets, soaps, towels, etc that made it feel more like home. Kitchen/laundry was clean. All around, a great property that I'd definitely stay at again!"

"The hotel was okay overall, but a few things stood out that made the stay less enjoyable. They did inform me that room cleaning was only done upon request, which I appreciated. However, when I did request it, the service was minimal—they made the beds and changed the towels, but the floor remained noticeably dirty. It felt more like a quick refresh than a proper cleaning. Breakfast was included, but the options were exactly the same every day. If you're staying more than a night or two, it gets repetitive fast. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement in both housekeeping and variety of amenities."
