"The property was absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of room & loved that there is a bathroom for every bedroom. Gathering in the theater room, game room, hot tub or spacious living room in front of the fire, were enjoyed by many! Close to Pigeon Forge & LeConte Center this property is ideal for large groups. "

"The location was great. The cabin was exceptionally clean and the pool was definitely an added plus. The owner made sure everything was great. Definitely will stay in this cabin again"

"Great fish/hubt camp trailer across from the lake. Perfect for the weekend with my son to attend a duck calling contest and show. Was clean and setup well for guest to relax. If we come back up here in 2025 we will book again"

"We arrived to a very clean cabin. It was well used but felt welcoming and you had the feeling that things were updated some. We noticed a few things that needed attention such as a light flickering non stop (too high for us to fix). The lighting in the cabin seemed a little dark overall. The front steps are definitely becoming a hazard and will need to be re-done soon. Overall, no complaints and it was a very relaxing stay. Our only major issue had nothing to do with our cabin. "I can’t brag enough about this property!!!! It’s just perfect!! My mom left her Apple Watch and the housekeeper kept it safe til we could go back to get it!!! The owner called me immediately to make sure we were going to pick it up. Both very sweet ladies. I will definitely return to this house!!! "

"The deck is the star of this property. Everyone in our group from teens to a nearly 80 year old loved just sitting out on the deck, watching the ducks, turtles, and fish that reside near the shore. The living room was big enough for us, and we were able to spread out in different areas of the house to sleep."

"Adored the cabin, and so spacious! My family loved this place!"

"I was on a trip passing through several states and two days before my reservation the manager called me saying that they were having problems with the hot water in the middle of winter and that he could not rent me the room. I understood the case and said it was ok for him to refund the reservation, but to this day they have never refunded me. This is fraud."
